Privacy & Discretion
Trust requires discretion.
Looking after someone's property means respecting both the property and the information connected to it.
Our approach
Careful handling. Clear purpose.
- Confidentiality
- Client and property information should be treated as private and used only where needed to provide the agreed service.
- Property information
- Only information reasonably needed for the service should be requested or retained. Unnecessary information should not be collected.
- Property access
- Access should be limited to what is required for agreed activities. The purpose and scope of access should be clear.
- Vendor access
- Third-party vendors should receive only the property access or information reasonably required for approved work.
- Photographs & documentation
- Property photographs may support inspection evidence and service documentation. They should not be used publicly for marketing without the owner's permission.
- Sensitive information
- Pur Aitmaad does not request or hold unnecessary sensitive financial information. The service does not include custody of cash, jewellery, precious metals, banking credentials, investment accounts or safe combinations.
Discretion by design
Part of how care is considered.
Privacy should guide everyday service decisions, rather than be treated as an extra feature.
That means considering what information is collected, who needs access, what is documented, what is shared and what is retained. These principles guide the scope of agreed activities and communication.
