How It Works

From observation to resolution.

Property stewardship works best when every issue has a clear process and nothing is simply assumed to be complete.

An accountable process

Each step has a purpose.

  1. Understand

Learn about the property, its important systems, your priorities and the agreed service scope.

  2. Inspect

Perform scheduled checks and observe the condition of agreed areas and systems.

  3. Document

Record relevant observations and supporting evidence so the next decision has a clear basis.

  4. Assess

Consider whether an observation is normal, requires attention or needs action. Escalate concerns to the owner or an appropriate specialist where needed.

  5. Inform & Approve

Keep you informed and obtain approval where required before work proceeds.

  6. Coordinate

Arrange the appropriate approved vendor or service and coordinate the agreed work.

  7. Verify

Check that the agreed work has been completed rather than simply assuming it is done.

  8. Close & Report

Document the outcome, close the item when appropriate and keep you informed.

Follow-through matters

Arranging the work isn't the same as knowing it was done properly.

Scheduling a vendor is one part of the process. We follow the agreed work through, check completion and record relevant evidence before considering the item closed.

That gives the owner a documented outcome rather than an assumption. Specialist technical assessment or certification remains the responsibility of an appropriate specialist where required.

Owner control

Informed decisions. Agreed approvals.

You remain informed about observations, proposed work and outcomes. Approvals are requested according to the service arrangement agreed with you.

The scope of oversight and communication is established at the beginning, so responsibilities are clear before coordination starts.

A clearer way to look after property.
